Today, we made our very first offer on a home. It was exciting and scary all at the same time.
We offered 2.5% less than asking price. There were a total of 10 offers, and the highest one was 5.7% OVER asking price. Also, several offers were all cash. How do people have all this money?? Needless to say, we were outbid.
Good first experience, but now on to bigger and better fish! Wish us luck!

It is amazing how fast time flies. Ten months ago, we played this slideshow at our wedding. It brings back good memories of our childhoods as well as the first day of the rest of our lives. Enjoy!
Attention PC game creators! Please design a PC game that Hubby and I can play together. He enjoys Real Time Strategy (RTS) games like Company of Heroes and First Person Shooter (FPS) games like Battlefield. I enjoy puzzle games like Spot the Difference or Sudoku. I know, we have very different preferences, but hopefully you will be able to come up with something we can both enjoy together. I am thinking maybe something like Mario Bros where we can play together as well as face different challenges and levels. Thanks!
