On December 6, 2009, the New York Post published the story “Cozy-crazy couple makes tight all right in the city’s tiniest studio.” Read the article here.
The couple pictured below bought a 175-square foot “microstudio” for $150,000. It amazes me that they are able to live in such a tiny place. Interestingly, the couple makes their small space work for them with creative methods. Props to them, but I would prefer more space please! Our current apartment is almost four times bigger than their studio, and we barely have enough room for all of stuff. We are hoping to at least double the size of our apartment when we buy a house.
