Today is Ash Wednesday.  It marks the start of Lent and 40 days to Easter on April 4.

This year, I am going to restrain from cussing.  By no means do I swear a lot, but recently, I noticed that I am not in full control of my choice of words.  I prefer that the first thoughts in my head be constructive and not foul words.  So, the mild cussing must go!  I can do it!
