Our first wedding of the year was at the stunning Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort in Huntington Beach on May 22nd. S and J planned a beautiful ceremony and fabulous reception with lots of pink.
It is crazy to think that I have known S since 5th grade. Although he moved away after middle school, we have been fortunate to kept in touch all these years. Even more amazing than that is that S and J are high school sweethearts and have dated for over 10 years. It was about time they finally tie the knot! We are incredibly happy for them and honored to have been a part of their special day.

Dinner started with a Baby Spinach Salad with Yukon Gold Potatoes and Red Onions, Warm Bacon Dressing. For entrees, I had the Pepper Seared Beef Filet with Wild Mushroom Risotto, Asparagus and Roasted Carrots (top left) and Hubby had the Grilled Swordfish with Vegetable and Bell Pepper “Putanesca” and Buttermilk Whipped Potatoes (bottom left). The risotto was to die for good. Lastly, we had wedding cake for dessert. Yum!
